Plan the experience, take payment, manage staffing, and send the emails. Those are the basics. The part that matters is the record of what happened: from the first marketing email, through the booking, to a questionnaire on how the experience actually went.

You can reach that data as a REST API, a CSV, a live dashboard, or a webhook.

Your customers book with you

The booking flow lives on your website, without Triba branding. Add it with a single line of code, then match fonts, colours, and spacing with one block of CSS. There is a full walkthrough on the embeddable booking widget.

Guides in the field

Belay is the app guides take with them. It links them to Triba, downloads the job to the device so it works offline, and lets them set availability and accept work as it comes in.

Pricing

3% on bookings up to $1,500. 0% after that. No monthly fee stacked on top of the percentage.
